Each map must have its own sub-folder containing the .scmap , _scenario.lua , and _save.lua files.
Find expansive maps that give all eight to sixteen players enough room to build tech-tier 3 economies without crowding neighbors.
You won't have time to play all 600, but you should prioritize these community favorites found within the collection:

The Six Hundredth Corridor
Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance (released 2007) shipped with approximately 38 multiplayer/skirmish maps. While these were well-designed, they lacked variety in size, resource distribution, and strategic chokepoints. High-level competitive play quickly became repetitive, favoring a small subset of maps (e.g., Seton’s Clutch , Fields of Isis ).
The true unsung heroes of the 600 Map Pack are the AI players. Supreme Commander features highly competent AI, but playing against the computer on the same five maps eventually becomes repetitive.
A "survival" map. The map slowly decays from the outside in. You must abandon your base every 15 minutes and relocate to the center.
